How to work the socks: The socks are worked from the leg down to the toes with a French reinforced heel using the magic loop technique. The beginning of the round is at the side of the sock, not at the back as when traditionally working with double-pointed needles.

90 g of Säie Wool Merino Sock (75 % merino, 25 % nylon – 100 g = 425 m / 465 yds), color Fog.

Needles
2.25 mm (US1) and 2.5 mm (US1.5) long circular needles for magic loop or DPNs. The pattern is written for magic loop needles 1 and 2. If using DPNs, magic loop needle 1 corresponds to DPNs I and II and needle 2 to DPNs III and IV. Keep this in mind when reading the pattern.
