Digital patterns (PDF downloads)

All patterns are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital products, patterns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download link has been sent. By completing your purchase, you agree that access to the digital content begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal for this item.

Signed / personalized books

Books that include a personal signature or dedication are custom-made for you and are therefore final sale — non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of damage or a printing error.

Books

Unsigned, unopened books can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The book must be in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at urbanknitdesign @ gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and I'll make it right.
